This bonding with animal may improve heart health by lowering blood pressure and regulating the heart rate during stressful situations. It shows that animals really play a very important role in people’s life.
I personally think that it should be the environmental movement and animal right movement work together. To save the planet, it means that we have to keep the Earth clean and protect the animal from conscious or subconscious cruelty of the man. It could be the best duet to win it always. By being a vegan, it definitely helps and save the world but not all people can be a vegan easily and follow this kind of lifestyle. But it is the only one choice to save the world. If you think being vegan is impossible for you, there a lot of way to save the world. Let’s start saving the world by doing something positive and commit to this.
